Prep Time Cook Time Yields

  • 1 cup (250 mL) P’tit Quebec Marble Shredded Cheese
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C). On lightly floured work surface, roll out puff pastry sheet into 12-inch (30 cm) square. Cut out sixteen 3-inch (8 cm) squares.
  2. Fit each square into mini muffin cup. Sprinkle cheese evenly into each cup. Spoon in cranberry sauce and sprinkle with walnuts.
  3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Tip: Substitute pecans or almonds for walnuts if preferred.
