Mini Cranberry Cheese Tarts
These sweet and savoury bites are the perfect ending to a holiday meal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) P’tit Quebec Marble Shredded Cheese
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C). On lightly floured work surface, roll out puff pastry sheet into 12-inch (30 cm) square. Cut out sixteen 3-inch (8 cm) squares.
- Fit each square into mini muffin cup. Sprinkle cheese evenly into each cup. Spoon in cranberry sauce and sprinkle with walnuts.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Tip: Substitute pecans or almonds for walnuts if preferred.
