Middle Eastern Salad Skewers
                
Served with a zesty garlic dip, these fresh and fun salad skewers are packed with yummy flavours.

Ingredients
- 8 P’tit Quebec Very Mild Cheddar Snacks, cut in half crosswise
 - 8 cloves garlic
 - 1/2 cup (125 mL) Greek yogurt
 - 1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice
 - 1/4 cup (60 mL) sunflower seed oil
 - 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
 - 8 cherry tomatoes
 - 8 slices cucumber (1/2-inch/1 cm thick slices)
 - 8 pitted black olives
 - 8 chunks romaine lettuce (about 1-inch/2.5 cm pieces)
 - 8 radishes
 - 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh mint
 - 1 tsp (5 mL) za’atar seasoning
 - 4 pita breads, warmed
 - 8 bamboo skewers
 
Instructions
- In food processor, pulse garlic until finely chopped; add yogurt, lemon juice, oil and salt. Purée until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
 - Evenly thread cherry tomato, cucumber, olive, P’tit Quebec Cheddar snacks, romaine and radish onto each skewer. Arrange on serving platter; sprinkle with mint and za’atar.
 - Serve skewers with warm pitas and garlic sauce.
 
Tip: Substitute tahini sauce for garlic sauce if preferred.
